First of all, i dont see there are any instant double team on T-mac. Second of all, You think teams don't double Kobe every game? how can he score 30+ every single game, there's no excuse. T-mac is playing really soft and really slow on his feet, i doubt he ever gonna be like his days in Orlando.

One more thought. Many of you were right about Baxter. He does need time at backup PF, pushing Stro to 3rd string.

Defense sucks if you can't score the ball.

And the tracy bashers are out. this team was also rubbish without yao. 0-8 with yao as there leader. plus had da and barry and moutombo.

By skimming through this thread, let's just say that YOF will become more clearly pronounced as games roll on, I am already seeing 'preludes' to that...

As for the game, not much can be said: this team as is currently present is by far the worst in the league. 1-1 without Yao is actually admirable, still don't know how we beat the Lakers...

    Houston Magic. :(

T-mac didn't look very interested at all. He seems to want to make it clear how valuable Yao is.

And to think most everyone here (me included ) thought Stro was the missing piece for the Rox to be championship contender.

Lamar Odom only scored 3 points that night -that's not going to happen often .
And we won that game by only 2 points.

I think its a liitle bit unfair 4 swift. He was given 13 minutes.only 13 minutes!he was not given the chance to shoot that much bec there were really no plays for him.i think he can make those mistakes for him to learn.but if you are going to give him 13 minutes how would he contribute?

I knew somebody would say something like that. Let's be childish then, we were blown out by the worst team in NBA while Yao had to lead. Every game was pretty close, even against Dallas, Detroit.

He was only given 13 minutes because he got hit in his pebbles. In those 13 minutes, he didn't show nothing.

Let's not focus on who to blame or who's the man. All I care is how we can make the playoff.

it's like a cycle. Weeks ago Yao bashers run in full strength and now YOFs is
    gaining steam in their revengence.

    Umm...WRONG!

The debate was about whether or not -- given the same role players -- a team with McGrady only or a team with Yao only would do better.

True fans wanted nothing to do with that stupid debate because it's pointless, because neither player would be able to do accomplish much without the other or at least another semi-star player.

Only an idiot would say that "McGrady or Yao can do it alone"...even Jordan couldn't do it alone.

But I can see you're interested in this topic...
