It is scary how Tmac looks so far. He looks to be in great shape, the best I have ever seen him, lost weight, looks way stroger , more agile and motivated. Looks like he could be primed for a season when he won the b2b scoring titles. McGrady is gonna be a MVP candidate this year.

Boy I cant wait till Nov. 4

yeah whats up with the nba.com coverage? the scores are there - but the box scores are terribly out of whack with the live score and there's no available individual stats.

and zilch on espn.com when it comes to preseason live gamestats

the big boys need to get their act together and get us some up 2 date and accurate information. Pronto.

Here is the one conclusion you can draw from the 1st half:

The Hawks are going to be bad this year. I think Woody might be the first head coach fired this season. Just think if Yao or Bonzi got in a few minutes this game. I told my son when Tracy came back in (Rockets up 14) that the lead would be 24 in short order.

Other thoughts:

Snyder looks very good. Good slasher and finisher; athletic, physical and strong.

JL3 looks really shaky as a floor leader. Maybe he finds his game during the season during garbage minutes.

I almost dare someone to argue that Luther won't be the backup PG to start the season. Let's see how V-Span does in the 2nd half. If you aren't watching the game Luther fans, he looked REALLY good.

Tracy looks great. He is the definition of unstopable. But he must get floor time with Yao and Bonzi to learn (or relearn in Yao's case) their comfort zones and where they like to get the ball. What a passer!

Josh Smith still can't shoot. It's like he wishes he was Joe Johnson.
