We would have the tallest and shortest centers in the league. Maybe that will help by confusing opposing centers into more mistakes if they have difficulty adjusting. I can see Hayes using his quickness advantage over bigger guys to steal some rebounds.

I admire your sense of optimism in leaving J-Ho out of the rotation.

 

the shot of JVG at the end of the highlights is priceless. Too bad the game was on ch 51.

I just love how Luther and Novak shoots, they'll get plenty of those open looks as long as Tmac and Yao stays healthy

 

It automatically seeds if u leave on ur Torrent d/l client..at least it does for what i use (azureus)

 

just leave it after done downloading without closing the torrent program. you can still watch the clip at the meantime though.

 

i thought it was just gas.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Oct. 13 (Ticker) -- Even without Yao Ming, the Houston Rockets were in midseason form.

Luther Head scored 20 points and Kirk Snyder and Rafer Alston netted 15 apiece as the Rockets posted a 107-93 victory over the Atlanta Hawks in a preseason contest.

Last season, Ming and two-time scoring champ Tracy McGrady each missed considerable time with injuries, preventing them from being on the court simultaneously for much of the campaign. The Rockets' offense suffered, and a team many thought could challenge for a championship missed the playoffs with a 34-48 mark.

While Yao continues to recover from toe surgery, McGrady thrived, scoring 13 points on 4-of-5 shooting in just 17 minutes. His performance helped the Rockets take a 65-40 halftime lead.

Head hit 8-of-16 shots off the bench - including four 3-pointers - in 30 minutes. Snyder, who played with the New Orleans Hornets last season, made 5-of-10 shots for Houston, which rebounded after Tuesday's 79-65 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies.

Josh Smith scored 18 points, Joe Johnson added 17 and Marvin Williams 16 for the Hawks, who suffered their first preseason loss after defeating Memphis on Wednesday.

 

Very nice job, only qualms I have with you is Hayes has been very inconsistent, no shot, poor free throw shooting and just not long enough. Good hustler though. JLIII has individual moments but doesn't seem to know he's not the focus of this offense and he needs to set his teammates up instead of constantly looking for his own shot. Giant difference in the offense when Alston and Head ran the show and when JLIII did.

What I was most impressed with was their spacing and ball movement in the first half with their starters and early reserves. Atlanta's defense and even Memphis' in the early first half just seemed to be in total disarray with the ball movement the Rox showed. Very good early signs indeed.

Cmiller, after you save the torrent itself you must open it with a program such as BitComet or Azureus in order to "download" the content.
