    I am excited about our offense. We took an important step tonight. We actually brought Yao up high and let him shoot the 16 footer when Detroit was collapsing so bad in the lane.

    at that time.. he ran both possessions down to like 1 sec. It was perfect.. they only had less than a min after that.. if he made one.. it would be a bonus.

    I really want to bite my tongue since we won. But I really don't understand why they stopped go to Yao in 4th quarter. He took like 2 shots. Piston did not even double team Yao.

    Saw that too and I like it. Yao at the FT line is probably even better than his low post. Shouldve done that a looooooooooong time ago.

    yao didn't get many shots in the 4th b/c tracy was too busy running the clock down and jacking up contested jumpers

    8pts(4-6) 9 rebounds > 6 pts (3-8) and 7 rebounds

    Detroit should have exploited our PG/PF weakness. They got outcoached.

    What's with all of the "hating" tonight? Rockets just beat the best team in the Eastern Conference....They did so fairly easily...The Pistons made a run at the end, but the Rockets led from the get go....Very solid performance...Yao looks unstoppable.

    That's not true. According to ESPN's shotchart, Yao took 6 shots in the 4th quarter, making 2. This was the most shots attempted by anybody on the team. Mcgrady attempted 4 shots, everyone else less.

    He did it like twice, which is fine with me, but I don't think it should be any more than that. I don't want him to just hang out around the top of the key like Miller or Okur. Yao is too good in the low post to waste him like that.
