So much once Wood gets back theory. It’s got to be a long road back and a complete rebuild

It's very hard to get a foundational player without tanking. Rockets have been spoiled.
Time to find a new hobby until Rockets get gud.

Yeah that’s what they were saying. I kept quiet, but I was not very optimistic that he was going to fix everything and be the magic eraser to our issues. We are losing games by 20 and 30 plus points. He’s good, but not good enough to make up for that level of inept play and coaching.

yup, and we’ll see if they actually do it or try and rush things because they’d rather be a low playoff seed with no future than build something from the ground up

it could be many years before we’re relevant, and even more years before we’re back to being a contender

1 playoff series win in 15 years before Harden’s MVP season in 2015...we’ll likely be looking at more of the same unless we get very lucky

 

I guarantee you that Silas is not trying to tank. The guy has lost his soul with everything that has happened this season.

when I saw that they’re already talking about giving up assets for a “foundational piece,” I got an uneasy feeling

this is the same organization that traded for Dipo and offered him an extension, so who knows what they view as foundational...I mean, we already have people on here wanting to trade for Zach Lavine who has 1 more year on his deal and wouldn’t re-sign here...the desperation is real already
