I agree to with both points. Brooks can't make the pass and dribbled too long. Battier kept his defender in there to basically double Yao and deny the pass.

How hard is it for Adelman to just come up with a last possession play. We've been in this position so many times and each times it ends with either Brooks or Artest jacking up a shot in double coverage.

11 seconds left. Let Brooks dribble out the clock down to 5 seconds so that Brooks can look for Yao, who is not particularly good at sealing his man down.

Aaron should not be passing to Yao at the end like that. He is not tall enough to make that pass in crunch time. I hope we win this thing. We really need this game.

 

I really do think Brooks wanted to pass it in but he just couldn't. He just doesn't have the height to do a lob and his bounce pass is a bit suspect.

NO, it's on Adelman. Brooks can't pass to Yao, logic, Yao can't put his defender back of him for 10 seconds, is impossible. Moreover, our SF was in side of ball, favouriting the trap against Yao.

Horrible play by Adelman, again.

 

I'm just so frustrated to see them ignore Yao in the clutch time, especially when he is hot.

 

Adelman is not a good coach. He is over coached any day by the opposing coach!
