    This team looks like they have no clue what to do out there... and you wonder why T-mac has to put up crazy shots.

    What exactly does Adleman tell them in practice besides "play tough... we can be good if we execute... but it will take time (2-3 years)"

    The lack of attention to detail by the entire team/staff is rearing its ugly head right now.

    The team is not focus enough to win a damn game. Missed layups and freebies what in world is going on with the team. They are playing so bad but at least their play is also bringing the Pistons down for the ride.
