That's unreal. TMac is in even a worse slump than Steve was in last year.

Alot of teams try to lure Yao out with outside jump shots. Knicks, Jazz, Kings, Piston. However, I don't see any chang made by JVG.

Another reason why Yao rebound so little, is becuase he has to come out and contest many shots.

at least t-mac will start scoring when he gives up on the offense.......and by the way the offense.......is yao to blame for his pathetic stats or is JVG to blame......

JVG's offense is centered around YAO....

    What the F!!!????

They just quoted an assistant coach about 3 adjustments they need to make.

2 were about defense, and 1 was about offense?????

We scored 33, and they scored 44 and the coaching staff is worried about our defense???????

OK... I've tried to be diplomatic, open minded, and reasonable up to this point, but I now am an official card carrying member of the JVG hating club.

I just can't fathom how stupid the coaching staff is based on those comments.

I just don't get it, how often can a center block a jump shot near the 3-pointer line? Games are all about percentage, why didn't JVG ask Yao just stay put, lurking around the paint, let the others worry about the outside? Or Yao himself, just takes the liberty, refuse to go out.

That's another reason for the Rockets to use the zone defense. Pick and roll doesn't work against the zone defense. Players are assigned areas on the court. Yao will close to the paint at all times.

Yao will do what he is told because he doesn't want another JVG tounge-lashing.

I'm floored!? We just had the lowest point total of the first half this season, and we are concerned about defense? I like defense. In fact, I hate clubs that don't play defense, and I would rather have the best defensive team in the NBA rather than the best offensive team in the NBA, but.....

What the F are they thinking?

I guess since Yao is so big, that a slap on the arm shouldn't affect him.......of course.

wow, I guess the new rule changes allow a player to come down and karate chop a guys arm if the guy he's doing it against is 7'6.
