losing is becoming routine. I am upset that I paid for the league pass, and I am sure those fans in the statium are upset that they paid for the tickets. Then why don't they boo more often? They don't cheer, they don't boo, what is the deal?

10 points for Yao isn't bad but his rebounding as well as everyone else is horrible.

JVG is turning him into a role player. That is a fireable offense in itself.

I don't think they are even watching the game. Most of the them are probably too busy talking on their cellphones.

Everytime Yao gets the ball, he feels he has to make a move to the basket. He hardly ever shoots the jumper anymore. I don't know if that is JVG or what?

Detroit has more athleticism. There were a few rebounds that I saw that were grabbed by the Pistons due to excess hops they have. The Rockets just don't have hops. Yao didn't get any rebounds, but the guy is rooted to the ground. He cannot reach into another area to grab the boards. Tayshawn outhustled TMac for a couple. Mo got jumped for a couple. The Rockets needs to get a book on how to rebound for old people. It might offer insight on strategies.

Also, the rebounding total is affected greatly by the number of bricks a team puts up. Pistons were making a lot of shots. Rockets weren't.

Yao doesn't jump for rebounds but he jumps into players for fouls?

if he took that jumper without going inside. he would be criticized and called soft even more than he is in now.

When was the last time TMac only took 6 shots in a half?

Wow, this team is exactly the opposite of what I envisioned before the season started. The way they're playing, what was the point of making any kind of moves in the offseason?

I feel a bit for Yao with the rebounding issue because he is lured to the outside by teams, in tonights game its Mcdyess who is forcing him to come outside, so Mo Taylor should have a lot of opportunities to grab the rebound but he has NONE so far. In 15 minutes our 6'10 power foward who should be all alone under the basket to grab rebounds because of the other teams intention to draw Yao Ming to the outside, has a big fat ZERO rebounds.

The Rockets are in the process of "tuning out your coach".

Agree with you that Yao is rooted for the rebound. If the ball doesn't fall to his way, there is no way he could get the rebound. Rox has a total of 16 rebounds, but 9 TO. Rox only shot the ball 36 time in the first half.
