Two words "We're doomed". Everybody shares the blame, 19 turnovers, 0 rebounds from our starting PF, 5 rebounds from our starting center, 2 points from our PG's, an unimaginative coach, a GM that put together this motley crew.

That is part of the problem. I wouldn't normally encourage anyone to just ignore a coach and go against the game plan. But when there is no leader on the team right now, I think JVG would welcome someone taking the reins in their hands and trying to run the show.

I think when Steve was here he felt constrained by JVG, and he did make some attempts to play within JVG's system, but you could see in his eyes and the way he carried himself he was always thinking about ways for the team to score, and what he could do to get it done. The team now seems to only think about ways to run the play the right way, and hope that it works.

I'm not trying to say that we shouldn't have done the trade, because I was in favor of it, and I believe that it is possible for it to still work out for the best. But it is hard to watch this team, and not miss players who left every drop out there on the floor. It is hard to not miss players who wanted every ball, showed a love of playing the game night in and night out.

How in the world could a PF play 30 mins with 0 rebounds?

He has to work really hard at getting out of the way.

He was probably very tired after all that effort to avoid the rebounds.

    Whew.

I Still rather have Tracy over francis. the real problem is not the francis trade, the problem is JVG AND HIS DULL AND BORING SYSTEM. Tracy and Yao our born Scorers, yet JVG is a born defender. Someones out of the loop here and my Bet it's JVG.

    Team chemistry.
Look at Suns and Clippers this season.
I don't know we run to wrong direction due to PG or JVG.
T racy and Yao seem lose their both advantage under new chemistry.

Did anybody else turn this game off before the first half was over? Me and my friend just went to Best Buy and to get dinner. Glad I didn't watch yet another debacle.

I might soon stop placing such a high priority on watching the games. I usually still enjoy watching the Rockets win or lose, but lately they don't look like they've been trying. That isn't fun to watch whether they win or lose.
