    This has the feel of the past three seasons under McHale as the regular season comes to an end. Lack of focus, intensity, execution, etc. Indicative of lack of leadership. Like I've said various other times, McHale is just one of the boys. The players may like playing for him, but I find it hard to believe they respect him.

    lol we are waiting for Harden to come back in the game and hope he can do something.

    Playing to stay in the game rather than take the lead and blow it open. We playing like losers out there.
