    If Pelicans (14-15) were in the East, they were now at the 5th seed which is where Rockets (20-11) are at the moment.

    I want DMO getting another 15-20 mins tonight. I also want Harden limited to 32-36 mins to keep him as fresh as possible for tomorrow.

    I work in south texas and those games normally are blocked. The only time I see them play around that area is when they play on TNT and ESPN.

    Lin is due for a bad game. he didn't play well last game although he had 14 points in 4th quarter.

    Let hope Howard and Harden, the H&H play well.

    Pelicans are better than their record. This could be a tough game. If Dwight plays well and Jones can contain Anderson, then it should be fine. They have way more depth at PG than we do though. I'm not too worried about J Lin vs Holiday, but Evans has been playing even better lately.

    this bothers me. they need to change the playoff format. Remove the Western and eastern conference requirements. 1v16, 2v15, 3v14, etc.

    Exactly. It's Evans that is scary, not Holiday. I don't think Lin will be that effective on Evans. He's that good and he's a hot player coming into this game.

    The Rockets' most recent performances may prove they're headed in the right direction. They won 111-98 at San Antonio on Wednesday before a 100-92 home victory over Memphis a day later.

    Building on those victories is key before facing the Thunder on Sunday. Oklahoma City is tied with Portland for the league's best record, but the team will be without Russell Westbrook for an extended period following arthroscopic knee surgery.
