    we play small ball, because russell westbrook sucks as a halfcourt player, he cant run a traditional offense. its all or nothing with him. so we traded clint and dont play bigs so that whenever harden attracts a double team, westbrook can play all out and just keep attacking the basket

    My feeling is MDA told him to try to get in rhythm so to get as many shots up as possible. At least now he will get the worst out of his system. Wonder if he will start again though with Westbrook out, pray he won't.

    The team is finishing the year horribly, with a lackluster effort against SA and a better defensive effort against IND but horrendous 3pt shooting. It's very concerning that the team essentially restricts itself to a 3pt shooting offense, but doesn't have good 3pt shooters. Without a roller big man and WB we are getting much less paint opportunities and relying on the 3pt shot even more.

    I guess I just have to hope they magically start getting hot from 3 during the playoffs, I think that's what it'll take. Unless WB comes back and plays exceptionally well in the paint and mid-range.

    MVP means nothing you know it’s all narrative. Westbrook averaged a triple double that year and wasn’t even the MVP of his own team??
