Just once after another fake comeback loss I'd like to hear this answer to why they play better in the second half:

"Well, yeah as our record indicates, we're pretty bad. So when the other team is playing hard, with purpose, we cannot compete with that, and get down by at least 20 in the first half. If they kept doing that, we'd lose by 40."

"But hey human nature and all, when they start half-assing it in the second half, we can compete with that a little, and shave off a few points. Usually, it doesn't get THAT close, but remember that first Phoenix game? Yeah, surprised us too."
