Clutch must be on Spring Break doing body shots off of Matt Bullard.

Yeah, that kind of paying attention to past mistakes and learning from them is what makes really great players. I'm sure if you talk to guys like Kobe they can name a lot of single plays in their careers that taught them important parts of their game.

Gotta love Ariza playing his role and not being asked to create. Love the offensive firepower but can the Rocks play D at all anymore?

He probably just put the stat sheet in a blender and beer-bonged it.

there are way to many players that can play on the rockets.. we have a lot of fowards.. Adelman tried to play everyone.. its just not possible for Chase to get substantial minutes.

Yeah, this is why I don't get it when people talk like Brooks is at his ceiling. He has tremendous basketball IQ in terms of knowing what areas he needs to work on and improving them. Go back and watch tapes from the first third of the season--he is a completely different player now in terms of his passing, playmaking, decisionmaking, and ability to stop and pop and hit that mid-range jumper.

How could you think he is has stopped improving when he is still improving?

It's also why Adelman keeps throwing him out there in isolation sets at the end of close games. Rick knows that experience is the only way to improve. And if he, as a coach, withdraws his confidence in Aaron's ability to make that shot, that could damage the young point guard forever. As Brooks gets older and more experienced, his nerves will quiet down and he will make those shots at the exact rate he makes all his other shots.

    Eat your heart out ESPN

The game tonight against the Nuggets was one of the best games to watch this season, if not for a very long time. There was nothing about this game that was short of spectacular from every play, player, heart, and execution. Both sides never backed down, and both sides showed their talent to the fullest. My heart was even beating of anxiety from the last 10 minutes of the game. ESPN thought the Rockets, not having any star power, would deminish the level of intensity and play... Eat your heart out ESPN.

I dunno, what do you guys think? I'm a big fan of National Network coverage if you couldn't tell. What was your thought on tonights game and how do you feel about being "gyped" from national coverage?

Did you see the difference between Brooks and Lowry playing defense?? It's like night and day.

If you guys still doubt that defense WIN CHAMPIONSHIP, then you better think again. That's why you see Brooks sit for a long time while Lowry is out there longer during the run.

Brooks was sitting so he could rest his legs and be fresh to make key offensive plays in the last four minutes.
