If they front Yao, Yao will be *very* ineffective and starting taking stupid fouls. Then, our offense will consist of standing around and watching TMac shoot 20 foot fade away jumpers. The long rebounds will result in fast breaks for either dunks or three point bombs from Billups, JR Smith or Kleiza. Game over.

Of course, I could be wrong! :)

Denver just won @ Dallas today by 10 points. Even with the back to back for them, they are just playing much better than us right now. They'll have to be the favorite for this game.

If we can play the way we did against Atlanta, we should make this competitive. Lets see how many fans show up. I'm going to guess not many since it's going to be cold.

Francis I bet was smiling to himself when Alston was reported as being out two weeks. The same exact thing happened last year and Francis got to start. This time it'll be on TWO good legs. lol Maybe he won't start but I expect to see him play. I mean he stated that he'd be ready when coach wants him out there, he isn't trying to rush things and is just waiting for his call. Adleman will call upon Francis I'm certain because Brooks can't go out there by himself for 48. And we damn sure are not using Head as a backup.

Francis' first game back, it's at home, it's a cant miss game win or lose. Remember last years nuggets game at home with Franchise? It looks like de ja vu.

give him time. as he regains his rhythm and conditioning (thus come the explosivenes and quickness), he should be fine. it's not like he was super athletic last year either.

and wow, stevel looked decent there. hopefully steve gets "some" burn. that will pump up the crowd.

Please play Steve tonite I can't take this Sh#*t no more! Aaron will get his, yet if we play Luther we straight to a downgrade in the Pg position. Steve will at least get the crowd going cause God only knows we are not consistent by any means necessary, and Steve will the get the crowd rowdy and that in sense is our X-factor we need!!! " We Want Steve!!!" F#$k that " We NEED STEVE!!!!!" Rocket fans you feel me??? Well let me in!!!!

Um ... you're dreaming. Francis is not the Francis of 5 years ago. He's out of shape, and currently just a horrible basketball player. I suspect there is very little he can contribute to this or any NBA team.

Actually we have only lost consecutive games this year once and that was because Brandon Roy had a miracle rainbow shot at the buzzer after we barely lost to Boston the reigning champs which have the best record this year. So actually no there are no obvious examples of consecutive bad losses for the rocks!

Well, maybe I'm dreaming but that is what fans do ... RA needs to give him a shot, WHEN Francis is ready!

That's a little 'too much'....even if Stevie get some minutes tonight, he probably wont do that well...i mean, how long has it been since he played in an actual NBA game? the last game (i remember) him playing was the game against the Suns (which he won the game)...

What all this crap about Francis...Does everyone think he's the missing link? I got to call BS on that...I'd rather have Brooks...

Rox have injuries and are inconsistent...but they have to win...

    Rox: 96

    Nugs: 91
