Total garbage after cutting it down to 3 points. Our struggles are mainly mental down the stretch.

The guard gave the ball to yao too slowly, with hesitation.
enough time for them to double team yao.How to take advantage of yao. It is a big problem.
    Yao should leave .

about 4 or 5 of those FG attempts came on fouls that he drew and he threw it up for a shot....so i don't count those against him.

shots on which you're fouled (and don't make it) don't count against FGA...

Sura and TMac seem to have great chemistry. As bad as TMac shot, he got to the line a ton, and played pretty hard. Yao just looked pretty awful today.

Win or lose tonight I'm encouraged by the play of Sura, when he has his legs under him we should be in good shape, I want Barrett to come in for him , I don't want to see Ward or Lue again, Padgett should be our starting PF from now on, Yao & TMac will get energized and won't have too many sorry games like tonight.

Which is why Tmac needs to go to the FT like this EVERY night echoing my thread about this earlier today. Because even if you shoot poorly you can still be a contributor.

just from the stat lines, this has to be one of the worst games of the season. oh and the Rox shot 5-19 from 3pt range, this obviously is not working for us. I cold have designed this offense. JVG needs to hire an offensive mind, cuzhis offense right now is just plain offensive to my eyes

I agree, Lue should be in the doghouse and Ward should be on IR until he's no longer a Rocket.

yaoming as a center can't play on his own.He need the ball in the right position,at the right time.We exposed yao's weakness to others. He is slow,a bad rebounder, and the foul and TO machine. He didn't seem like a qualified center!!!

According to the way Yao responded to defense, any point guard will be hesitant to pass the ball. There is no secrect that Yao will pass the ball out or turnover most time, the opponents just need half-mindly show the intention of double team and try to steal the ball. It does'nt seem like a JVG's plan for offense. Yao need to do better.

If Yao is going to leave (once his contract is up). Rox may need to think about trading him while his stock is still high.
