I never thought about it like this but you're right.

I guess the grass is always greener.

Look at our TOs per game per player. Harden, Lin, Howard and Parsons are all entirely too high. Look at good teams in the past. I checked out the Lakers with Shaq and the Webber Kings. All our major players are too high in the TO category. 14 per game sounds WAY to high for starters. Good teams have less than 10 for the starters. Time to work on winning ball.

Lawson probably scored the last 8 points at the end of 4th quarter. Clearly Mchale asked JLIN to switch when screened and it ended up with Harden guarding Lawson and he was just blowing by Harden like at least 3 times. Harden did not even bother to chase him..

Wire to Wire blowout victories generate less posters than losses. The knicks thread last game was a win but it was 160+ page thread.

    Not much to complain about!

If we didn't go through hack a dwight it probably would have been a 60 page thread.

Got legit worried when Nuggets went on that big run coming out of half time. Was it a 11-0 run?

Not sure why Harden is in this? Harden really only ends up on him in a switch.

Only if he stayed with Lakers.

Harden had 5 fouls, that's why Denver were trying to create the switches.

If Chris Paul had come to the rockets, there'd be a significant number of the board suggesting we should trade him for Parker/Rose/Westbrook/Curry every time we lose, especially to one of those teams

Plus, the bigs are supposed to at least make it hard for the opposing guards when they get in the paint. What's the point of leaving Dwight in for hack-a-Howard if he's letting the guards score easily on defense?

Parsons is a core player and scorer who set the tone early with his slashing and nice play He may be the team's number 2 scorer after Harden. But Jones really contributed on both sides of the floor. Still from the bench, Casspi and Garcia didn't do much, and Garcia was really lost. D-Mo was great to see, fluid, beautiful moves and he hit a 3 as well. Garcia needs to get going, the team needs him.

Did anyone else also feel like Lin had a fairly quiet night only to realize he still managed to get 16 and 7? Not bad considering how last season I'd be ecstatic whenever he had a night like that.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. They didn't do it after last season when he was on the Lakers and getting hacked. Why should they change their minds about it now?

It's not like nba fans outside of Rockets' supporters are complaining about it en masse.

Dwight just has to man up and do better, like he did last night.

His stats got padded last night. He didn't really play well offensively. But good for him for making the hack-a-Howard backfire by knocking down a lot of the FTs.

Lawson is a GREAT player that has quietly made improvements to his game. He would be great on our team. Not saying Lin is bad. Just that Lawson really is a good player, no matter how you try to spin it.
