I didnt want to be a smart ass but i couldnt resist. Time after time this game, NJ shooters were WIIIIIIIDEEEE OPEN and you say well they werent. What did you expect? You posted 3 times. You said the same stuff 3 times. My first post already replied to your argument in the first one. Your response, 3% fg is lower than 2%. Well duh!! That wasnt the point of discussion. Point of discussion was JVG's commitment to packin gthe paint and living with 3s. He fails to make adjustment. If you fail to see this, while others on this board have, I have nothing more to say in this regard. I made a post last month or so, posting numbers from several games which shows how SCRUBS always seem to light up JVG's defense. Looks like I will have to do a little serach and post it again. guess what, since then, my argument has only gotten stronger. More scrubs have lit us up since then! That protecting Yao not an excuse. I am going to be flamed but I am going to say this in desperation: Yao Ming has no future in houston simply because T-mac 's career is in serious danger health wise. He is just another Grant Hill although I like T-mac a lot. I may be also slapped to death by saying this but my face is made of steel: I give a damn about the rest of the rockets scrubs without Yao. They can all die, die, die..... Just die, disappear, evaporate, go away, head off....
This is quickly turning into Yao's Chinese national team vs. the league. Yao deserves better and should get the right to play with NBA caliber players, not scrubs among scrubs.
