First half, we win, I mean, we are winning. The second half, we are losing. The end result: A loss inflcited by some selfish play.
My prediction: SF would be desperate to redeem himself as a starter for the All-Star game. The Rox win or loss would depend on whether his shots would fall or whether his shots are bricks. Yao won't have enough touches - the outcome of the game would depend on SF's score. If he shoots 30+, Rox will win.
"Houston is close to becoming an elite team, but if they're going to make that move, it's going to be on the back of the big man. It's time to get him more shots. In games where Yao takes 12 or fewer shots, the Rockets are 14-16. When he gets off 13 or more attempts, they're 12-3." M.J. Darnell said (***********,31/1/2004), "Feed the big man
I have Charter and Telemundo is one of the channels I get in the basic package. Go Rox. Kill. Kill. Kill.
I dont care what you gusy say about Yao being soft...Nothing can be done about Collins obviously holding (hooking his arm) around Yao short of the refs calling a damn foul so he will stop... Or yao just hitting collins or pushing him to draw a T and thus attention to teh holding.... I just dont understand why teh refs cnat see it if I can... It snot sporadic..hes holding EVERY SINGLE TIME Yao may be soft, but hes also being held CALL A FOUL!
I have a problem. when i turn on telemundo, it is a movie (runaway train) anyone else have this problem?thanks
looks like steve gonnna have a good game, but yao not. They just cant seem to have good games together.
I wonder why we cant get the ball into Yao earlier? They tried some lobs but way to short. come on guys we need this win! J
Same thing here in Time warner houston. It was broadcasting Denver/Dallas game. TV guide channel showes that it will show rockets game. Of course I don't need it here in Houston.
I still to this day have not seen a good game plan to dump the ball into Yao inside. He's not involved in the offense much at all. I thought I heard Yao is being aggressive in recent games, but he looks the same to me today. He lets little guys pushing around instead of exerting his own force on them. I think perhaps being tall has its own problem too like you have to push using ur legs instead of your hips. Maybe that is the reason Yao can't push and had to rely on his arms which is kind of weak. I would say part of the problem is Ming not willing to establish a position for himself and part of the problem is teammates aren't looking for him. Why can't they tell Yao just stay at the post and STOP MOVING AROUND too much. Just tell him to stay there and stop moving for a movement. He seems to move all over the court when it doesn't work and it's like he can't stay still. Stay still and stop moving like O'neal did. Also he seems to move out of the paint too much quicker than expected like he's afraid of 3sec violation. I mean he can just slowly walk out of the paint instead of hurrying out. He's exerting too much energy or wasting too much energy out there in my opinion. He moves too much man....that's what i am saying and so no wonder he's getting tired too quick out there cuz he can't stop moving. I have yet to see him try to establish a position on one place and just stay there instead of moving all over the court when it doesn't work. Stay there and dare the little guys push you out.
