Maybe this loss will wake the rockets up for next game...they came in overconfident. A 2-0 lead isn't a trip to the 2nd round.

shouldn't we get a ft and the ball for an off the ball foul in that situation? i don't get that rule. you can't foul shaq at the end off the ball but you can foul other people?

MFer sura. you don't give us a chance at the 3 then miss the ft's anyway. at least we get the ball back.

no its great to have hope. i'm still hopeing we pull this one out even though i know its over. telling me that i probably gave up on the season after 17 games is an idiotic thing to say since:

    1. you don't know me.

    2. anyone who knows anything about the nba doesn't give up on an 82 game season that early.

I aint gonna blame the refs or anything since I didnt see the game, but to call 50+ fouls in a NBA playoff game on primetime TV is ridiculous.

this isn't the regular season, where you learn lessons. this is a chance at a 3-0 lead. there is no possible way losing this game is good for us since it's now 2-1 instead of 3-0. i have no idea how this could be good.

Sura as a whole played a great game. I only wish that he would have shot less in the second half when his shots were way off.

Dallas can talk about all the adustments they want.... but I can sum up this game in two words:

    WE COLLAPSED.

Van Gundy's biggest mistake was playing Yao the entire 2nd half. Midway through the 4th quarter, he had zero energy. Couldn't grab a rebound, couldn't catch a pass.

Van Gundy shouldve taken him out and given him a blow for 3 or 4 minutes early in the 4th.

A HORRIBLE game by the refs, just pathetic.....Dirk would not be half that good of a player if the refs did not protect him so much.

If Yao got half of the protection that Dirk gets he would be a 30+ ppg player.

Still a winnable game tonight, the team lost focus in the 4th quarter and let their lead evaporate, Dallas played harder than Houston for a good portion of the 4th.

Houston has to win on Saturday, no question about it....Dallas was ready to fold...all Houston had to do was protect that lead....they failed.

Gonna be a longer series than we hoped.

I don't think so. The Mavs is a better team. We seem to have no answer to their fire power except for the first game. They have figured it out offensively since then. It can get ugly from here on.
