What a great win! 4th quarter had me so pumped and we won without Harden having to drag the team across the finish line! Prigs had a great stretch in the 4th. This will help immensely in our playoffs run.

Josh Smith... whoooo baby! What an amazing performance in the 4th where he and Dwight just ran death from above. I bet Detroit is really kicking themselves right now for using him so poorly. Him and Dwight make a great pair. I REALLY can't see how Dallas can gameplan against this without leaving shooters wide open, including Harden.

Vintage Dwight is back and I am loving it. Dwight was agile and explosive and made defenders look silly. Best of all, he was hitting his FT's and punishing them for fouling him. I do wish he would block the ball to a teammate or tap block it though. While smashing it out of bounds looks cooler, getting possession back is way better. Dwight outclassed the Mav's frontcourt and he knew it. He knew it, exposed it, and ripped it to shreds. Thank you for choosing us Dwight, especially over Dallas!

Man, we all complained during the season that when Harden sits, no one steps up. Now some of you complaining about Harden not carrying the team when our role players are stepping up? Harden obviously hasn't found his jumper yet, but he usually isn't forcing anything so it doesn't really hurt the team. He WILL find his shot and then we will blow out this series.

My gawd, he has no conscience. Smith was playing terribly when he came in the game and I think rockets were tied or down one. Josh comes in and nails a 3 and that was just the beginning.

Having D-Mo would be amazing... dude is money in the post when the rest of the offense isn't going.

The best and worst part about him.

Smoove is awesome, though. He is capable of imploding, but the good has far outweighed the bad for him in Houston. Tonight was one of the most exciting performances I've seen in quite a while.

I only fear next game he's going to come out with 5 bricked threes and 2 turnovers. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, his shot selection has gotten a lot better since the start of his tenure here.

    Josh Smith is our Crawford.

The reason he's such a great bench player is because he comes in there looking to make a impact, just like Lou Williams or Crawford. He doesn't come in looking to play some bit part, he comes in looking to impact the game and prove he's the best player on the court when he gets on it.

You just have to live with his mistakes, I think that's the main reason he enjoys it here. The players are behind him and the coaches too, they know he'll do some stupid jump pass every now and then or decide to jack up shots...but he'll turn around and do what he did tonight...or he'll get some blocks, or will inexplicably get hot from three.

Every great team has that one wild card WTF player. A guy you really have no idea what you'll get from him.

Agreed. It would have been such a luxury when Jones is having these bad games to be able to just sub DMo in (or vice-versa).

Oh well, something to look forward to for next season. For now, let's just focus on going all the way with this team!

The fourth quarter has been a really long Rockets highlight reel.

Awesome game for Howard and Smith.

The Rockets are fun to watch when they play above the rim.

Cuban is so right on the money in regards to playoffs being different and being able to prepare for your opponent.

The Rockets now get to exploit Dirk in pick & roll EVERY SINGLE GAME.

Hopefully they start Rondo... Dallas played pretty well with Felton and Barea.

You know what the great thing is about James Harden? Even when he struggles shooting he finds a way to score. That's the difference between him and every other shooting guard. Anyone in this league is talented enough to go off for 20+ point games when they're hot. Harden can do it when he's ice cold.
