Did anything happen with Cato and JVG?

During the post game interview JVG was asked about him and all he said was, "It was my decision." Then he was asked if he would be on the play off roster and JVG said, "We'll know in a few days."

I think you are right. Not just those commentators/former black players, but the league refs as well. Foreign players are always get dissed for the benifit of America players, then white players are the next victims. I wonder what would have happened if some of the white players jokes are used on black players?!

I was thinking the same thing.. the whole game it was like the y thought the Rockets were getting blown away.. they kept saying that we don't have intensity, that we are playing like we don't care, etc. They even showed a shot of JVG and then acted like he was disgruntled because the lack of our intensity.. and our 8 turnovers....

I can not understand the commentators.. they are supposed to be unbiased, but this is never the case.. one minute BW is all about YAO, the next, he thinks the Rockets are crap.

I can not WAIT for the playoffs to begin and for us to prove our point. We will SHINE.

    Go rockets!

I didn't even watch the game and I agree. I was watching Kill Bill Vol. 1 and flipped over to ESPNews to catch the Stars' score when I heard them discussing the game after the fact. The way they were talking, I figured we lost by 20+, not three damn points.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!?? Kobe Did it again! He hit the game winning three in 2OT. Rockets vs. Lakers in the 1st round. I know we're playing Kobe, Shaq, and GP but this all depends on Malones health. We have a chance people.

I didn't get to watch the Seattle game, but I saw it tonight. The offense with a real PG was really impressive tonight. Just shows how much the Seattle game was a fluke.

I would really like to add something original here and set a precedent.

But that would go against form anyway, so I won't.

They need to quit sending Sean Elliott to announce our games. Even if we change the lineup for next year, and if he likes that new lineup, I am sick of him dogging us out. I knew the Rockets' chances of winning the game were virtually nil but I was gonna watch....except that Elliott wouldn't take off the steel-toed boot he was using to kick the Rockets, who were, incidentally, playing without three starters.

So Walton swings with the wind on this one and bashes us too.

Are those two dipwads gonna call the Rockets playoff games?

The game was pathetic, but Boki was nice to see...I think he should see more playing time...I knew they would lose...

    Bring on the Fakers...

I am a Mavs fan and I agree that BW and Elliot were a little over the top last night. It sounded like they were high the way they were exaggerating every little thing.

I don't want Elliot doing any more Mavs games either. Last night aside, every time we play them he disrespects the Mavs as much as possible even if they are winning. I understand that he probably learned to hate the Mavericks and Houston while being with the Spurs but he has to leave his bias behind when he is announcing games.

Don't even get me started on when Steve Kerr and Elliot are doing Mavs-Spurs games.
