He was behind Yao's back (after the go to basket at the end), showing frustration and confusion with Antawn and Dirk.

One Rockets fan named Steve_Francis3 talked so much smack at the Mavs board today, that one Mavs poster threatened to quit their board. LOL:D

Partly correct, you didnt mention who was making the pass and how poor the passes were. A combination of fatigue/poor mobility/lack of speed/and a guard that isnt a very good passer all contributed to Najeras easy steals. A slightly broader view of the Game.

One other factor for the win today is that JVG made a wise decision during the key stretch in the end by putting in Spoon instead of Cato or Mo in the game. Spoon not only can rebound, he can pass as well (unlike Cato and Mo).

One other comment on JVG's general coaching style: He rarely praises his players even when they play well. Instead, he put too much emphasis on the negative things in the public. I can understand his drive for improvement from his players. But I think he can talk out those negatives loud in private practice sessions instead. Sometimes a dose of encouragement can do wonder in boosting a player's confidence and a team's self-esteem and morale.

    Above is the quote.

By the way, Steve_Francis3 has posted a lot in the last few months. And he takes alot of crap from them too...when they shove his nose in it (after a Rox loss).

So, he's just getting a little payback.

haha... I went looking for that too. We need to get lives! :D

    I'm just such a procrastinator.

What I did note, however, is that they're actually more civil over there on the other board. People didn't really get into pissing matches. And if someone like that posted here after we lost to their team, they're get flamed alive and banned!

Also... wow they really really hate antoine walker over there.

WOOO! That win makes me so happy!! I'm really startin' to hate the Mavs. I'm amazed we won with our 30 to's - shoulda been a blowout for either team us without them or Dallas with them. The game makes me feel good that we can beat a good team in an ugly game. They drove me crazy at times today, I feel JVG's pain. Least we won! If we take out the Spurs after the T'Wolves and Mavs, that will really be sayin' something, not to mention it'd be helping out our subpar division record.

Actually, if you check out the Lakers boards, there are "Civil Wars" over there about Shaq vs Kobe. No joke!

After a loss, the whole board is like a hornets nest! (  ) :D

Also, you know how everyone used to get on Moochie's case? Well, in Laker land their "punching bag" is none other than: Stanislav Medvedenko. He gets soooo much s*it, it's hilarious! On the positive side, a fan favorite of the whole board is Kareem Rush. But as we know, that's only because he has virtually no responsibility. ;)

Mavs land, they get on Antoine Walker's case all the time.

Seems like most boards are similar in that respect -> Player Bashing and player praising.

no joke? medvedenko's pretty solid. i mean what are they expecting? vintage karl malone? kareem rush? haha. kind of like how everyone here likes weatherspoon and mark jackson because anything they do is a bonus?

but hey i bet some of those people who read are board probably think we're pretty ridiculous too. plus there was a civil war a while back with the YOF issue. i hesitate even to speak of that.

The best part about a win over Mavs is to see the look on Cuban's face. :D

My only fear now is that Yao will go into a slump and play like **** against Clips on Tuesday.

    Yep.

But I think it's harder to disect the Kobe vs Shaq issue. That's why those debates still go on today over in the Lakers BBSes. And like I said, especially after a Laker loss.

Heh...the next time the Lakers loose, wander over to http://forums.lakersground.net/ and lurk. It's funny.

There's a bunch of this -> and a lot of that -> And words like, "Phil must be fired!" And "Slava must be traded!"

    :D LOL!
