do you see boys and girls

when Yao Ming goes after the boards with authority, purpose and pursuance nobody can take that rebound away from him without fouling him.

Ming can rebound 10, 11 boards a night is not too much to ask for in a center eh?

Atheleticism will deny him 13 or 14 boards average but not 10 or 11.

I thought Van Gundy told the team to look for Ming more, it doesn't like like it.

No kidding... lots of free throws, and no real intensity on either side.

The Rockets are playing pretty good defense... but its easy to do that when Dallas doesn't really have a viable offensive go-to option.

The only fun thing is watching Shawn Bradley and Yao go at it... I really think Bradley gets totally psyched to play Yao every time (you never see him try and be this active in any other mavs games).

24 points with 3:11 left. When is the last time the Mavs ever did that. Like watching a WNBA game, well at least we are winning.

Yao needs to clamp down on Bradley's arm when he sticks that toothpick under and around Yao's arms.

I would love nothing more than for Yao to deck Shawn Bradley. The dude hits Yao's arm everytime he takes a shot.

It's kinda surprising to me Yao already got 9 boards before half time...

Dallas is missing a TON of shots... and they have no rebounders.

    That's a Yao-rebounding dream.

A lot of smart passing by Yao in the 1st half.

On the other hand, James sometimes lapses into dribblitis.

two postives there. Yao played 18 minutes in the first half which he hasnt done in what seems like a year and like you said his rebounding. He could get 20 boards tonight. I'd like to see that.

Again, the offense doesn't look smooth enough. Defense and Rebounding is very good though.
