We badly needed Lowry and Martin in this game, our bench has taken a hit with those two gone. Dragic played enough minutes for an entire game(48) and lee and parsons played 40+ I believe. If we had our bench they wouldn't be so tired

That ankle. These NBA players will never use an injury as an excuse, but until next season, you're going to see him have 2-3 good nights, followed by 1 or 2 bad ones.

Lack of depth hurt here. Perhaps Martin or Lowry would of been hot tonight.

If Camby doesn't start Tuesday against Dirk, somebody wasn't paying attention during the 4th quarter.

Would it have mattered with Jason Terry on the court? This guy kills us every time.

You know, I feel pretty good about taking the defending champions to overtime and coming within one buzzer-beater shot of victory.

We badly needed Lowry. That would have been enough against the Mavs small guards.

I am just glad Dirk, Terry and Kidd are retiring soon.

Just wait another year and we'll be crashing up against Deron, Dirk, and DWIGHT!

We have a bench but McHale doesnt pay them some games and runs the starters into the ground, like last night.

It was a have-to situation. Did you really want to see any more of Fortson? He cannot run the offense. McHale didn't sign him. Morey did. We needed Lowry last night off the bench in the worst way. With Lowry running the bench brigade, we win by 5+ points.

WHo? Greg Smith, Fortson and Morris are the only people able to play that didn't play. In a close/must win game against the defending champs I can understand if they don't get mins. The Warriors game Fortson and Morris got plenty of burn.

a serious question.... why the F can't terry average his average when he plays the rockets? Uggggh! body check him! I don't mind dirk going for 50 but terry just puts me in a bad mood.

Look at the minutes the bench played last night, not very many, McHale has too quick of a hook, and eventually the starters run out of gas, like last night.

They didn't play many minutes because Camby was the only guy off the bench who didn't play like dog crap.

I'm sure if McHale had played Fortson 12 minutes and the Mavericks get a nice lead from that, you would be b****ing about that too.

I know you don't want to acknowledge this DD, but maybe this team might actually be better off or deeper if we have either our best player or our top scorer in the game. Just a thought.

I haven't been this angry at a loss for a long time, largely because of how bull**** it was. Also, because from Friedman is reporting, I'm pretty sure Lowry has meningitis or encephalitis or something like that. I had that before, and it's way too similar to how he is right now. So I pretty much think he's done for the year.

Our best player was playing already, but Kyle would have certainly helped last night.
