Mobley won’t get ROY if he played under shiit coach Silas. He set many difficulties for young rookies development.

Part of development is sitting your ass on the bench when you don't play hard and let the other team get up by 30.......got to learn to bring it every night.

I loved that KPJ, Sengun, and Green - our 3 most important players got to sit and watch what EFFORT does when it works hard.
