    A few comments on the first quarter of play:

    first, thank god Yao is okay... I hate Howard.

    second, defense is GONE. There are way too many new faces on this team and the old JVG defensive identity is gone because this is not the same team that played under JVG.

    third, Artest has shot the ball decently but he is a black hole... learn to pass the ball buddy.

    lastly, I like Lowry already... we need another player to draw fouls instead of just shoot the damn jumper.

    Wow how many times do players do worse travels than that? Maggette anyone? Just one of those frustrating games where its 8 on 5 I am afraid.

    Well, you figured the offense wouldn't be the same.

    I don't know WTH Battier is doing out there though. Now that Rafer is gone he's trying to be a facilitator all of a sudden?
