    The reason we are losing is the most basic, such as overhelping by Lin, allowing Dirk to be on Lin, and inability to adjust to Carlisie's gameplan, this can be easily fixed by McHale himself, just give the word and the players will listen. If spectators watching know whats wrong with the game, why can't Mchale also see it.
