The following are 2 great comment made by the Toronto Raptors TV commentator late in the Toronto-Houston game:

"Tracy just seem like a completley different Tracy in the second half."

"You can't not just give the ball the your big man Yao and tell him to save your day after not getting him involved the whole second half. He needs to get touchs..."

Sad, but true, not only happened in that game, but many many Rockets games.

    :(

because you are a broken record, don't taze me bro, for telling you this.
I'm not saying you are right or wrong--but you can't force-feed your opinions around here. It is far more effective to put it in kyour sig in bright red than to keep repeating yourself ;)

So TMac and Idleman care what the fans on this board say? A 50% TMac simply won't cut it in the NBA against *any* team let alone the Mavs. Playing TMac was tantamount to giving Dallas a W and risking further harm to his knee.

Fair enough, I agree with that.

I am just frustrated like all other fans.

I agree that I am overdoing it. I'll take a break.

    I apologize.

One sequence tonight really bothered me. TMac had the ball at the three point line with about 5 seconds left on the shot clock. Yao had established reasonably good position for a jump hook. Instead TMac passed the ball to Francis who was also at the three point line and Francis had nothing to do but heave the ball towards the basket. What were you doing there, TMac??

EXACTLY. It was Adelman's decision to play tmac. He just told him to go out there and play, and thats what tracy did.

The Rockets clearly only have 2 true PGs: Rafer Alston and Aaron Brooks.

Steve Francis, Mike James and Luther Head are not PGs.

Once Rafer is healthy again, I think Adelman would be wise to stick with Alston and Brooks as his PGs and let the others compete for backup SG duties.

We need someone like Josh Howard or Jerry Stackhouse. Consistant scorers who can create there own shot and play good D.

That's cool, but no need to apologize to me. :) (thanx anyway though) I agree this is just disheartening, but I just couldn't stand by and let the senior members put you into the "troublemaker" category.

Anyway, it is very embarrassing to be a rocket fan at this momment.

It depends how Rafer does. He has been shooting decent lately, and if he can keep that up then what you said should be done, but if it was just some lucky streak and he starts bricking like he did earlier, then we keep experimenting until we get a good fit.

James Jones Ds up pretty well against them, has the size, and can be good with his 3P shot.

Exactly. Did you see him smile after the painful loss? The dude body language is cancerous right now. Tmac is will never be a leader with that kind of demeanor on court. It got to start with the attitude and intensity. Right now he's just coasting and when facing adversity he's point fingers to teammates.
Beside we need to send these old veterans playing without anything to fight for, to prove that they belong with the elite. Said it before, I rather give Brooks a chance to fight for PT than having these veterans sleep walk through games. Competition is what make you stronger.

Haha, thats just about all you can say.

All I wanted was for Houston to beat Dallas, but they didn't, so now I have to study for finals in a pissed off mood. Great. Goodnight everyone

Exactly! Don't know why its hard for people to understand this. This is a 50+ win team with just Yao/t-mac and even rafer. JVG proved this twice(would br 3rd time had t-mac not been injured), he just couldn't take us over the hump.

Les Alexander and his WIN NOW POLICY is what is causing the problem. It is preventing Coach JVG or Coach 'A' from functioning correctly. It also prevents the Manager Morey from functioning corrcetly. We are not trying to build a championship team, we want it all withoiut any building or learning process. It must stop and we must return to scratch!
It will mean that Les will loose a lot of monry for his mistakes but he must do this if we arer going to win it all in the next three years.
I have been saying this for about three years. we must develop our younger talent. :p

You can 'take it easy' if it is just a game and you can see the light on the end of the tunnel. But if you played as lousy a game as Rockets did tonight and had no clue how to turn around, anybody would be down.
