Yao was also a beast on the offensive glass tonight. It is sad, but his efforts were completely wasted.

The assists also say a lot about TMac who is often our assist leader.

THIS TEAM WILL NEVER BECOME A GREAT FRANCHISE UNTIL WE FIND A GOOD OWNER.

WE NEED TO START FROM THE TOP IN THIS CASE.

EVERYBODY SAYS T-MAC, YAO AND ADELMAN ARE BAD LEADERS.

    WRONG! WRONG! AND WRONG!

THE BAD LEADER IS LES ALEXANDER. DON'T YOU GUYS GET IT?

No, I can not make that promise.

Too many people are scrambling around pointing at the wrong areas.

LES IS THE ONE THAT LACKS LEADERSHIP ABILITIES!

LOL. I think the "we may miss the playoffs" is quite optimistic.

The team is talented. They just lack winners. Aside from James, there isn't a single NBA Champion on this team. From the GM down to coaches and players.

The biggest mistake the Rockets ever made was not attempting to make a solid run at Phil Jackson when he had his year off. Remember when Riley fired Stan Van Gundy because he didn't think he was a Championship calibre coach? When Dumars dropped Carlise for Brown? When Jackson was available, Houston should have went after him. It was a huge mistake not to have.

When Rudy Tomjanovich left, and the team got Van Gundy. That was not an upgrade. At best, it was a lateral move.

Van Gundy is a good coach. On the level of Saunders, Carlisle, Rivers, and Adelman. Good enough to hold a job in the NBA.

But the Rockets need someone like Larry Brown. And if Brown wants to come in, and drop everyone from McGrady to Francis in order to win, let him do it. Look what he did in Detroit and Philadelphia.

Houston's not getting Brown, but that's the only way Houston is going to be saved.

I disagree. Fitting the system or not, I don't see the heart of our players shown on the court.

LES ALEXANDER HAS MADE COUNTLESS BAD DECISIONS SINCE HE BECAME THE OWNER.

BAD CONTRACTS, BAD TRADES AND BAD DRAFT PICKS!

YOU CAN NOT CHANGE A TEAM SIMPLY BY BRINGING IN A NEW COACH. YOU NEED TO HAVE THE RIGHT PLAYERS TO FIT A COACH'S NEEDS, TOO.

ADELMAN IS A GOOD COACH AS WAS JVG. IT WAS NOT THE FAULT OF EITHER OF THESE GUYS.

BAD DECISIONS OVER TIME CREATE SITUATIONS LIKE THE ONE THE ROCKETS HAVE BEEN IN FOR YEARS.

OSCAR ROBERTSON SAID IT BEST YEARS AGO: WINNING TEAMS START WITH GOOD MANAGEMENT AND GOOD OWNERSHIP.

LES ALEXANDER IS THE PROBLEM. I WILL BET BY BALLS ON IT.

You are absolutely wrong, it's not Les Alexander's fault, get it?

Ok then, let's explore your theory, I agree Les is not the most lovable owner like say a Cuban if you are a Mavs fan but what are his major gaffs to this point? I agree that JVG got more out of this team than Adelman to this point but where else has Les failed, you pointed to bad draft choices but am I to believe that all of Les' basketball people are on the phone with Les at the moment they are on the clock and saying, Les we're on the clock, who should we take?

I hope LA wants to get T-mac,it's only hope for Rocket!
Do you think T-mac was good enough to be the member of Yao?
(YAO is a modest, diligent, selfless and faithful man! )

Yao is the last hope of kobe's champion dream.
If Rocket say a word "trade" to LA,kobe will be :( to :)

    WRONG!

Who makes the decisions on bringing in players with no hearts?

Why are you forced to pick up players that have no heart?

Because the decisions in the past leave you with resources that won't bring you anything better.

Les made bad decisions in the past and he is making bad decisions now.

Give him credit for forming a couple of win-now teams but he does not have the aptitude to build a quality NBA franchise over the long run.

HE WAS INJURED!!! Did you see him limping?

We find ourselves in the complete opposite position as last year. Last year, we had great team chemistry but lacked a bench and supporting scorers. This year, we have terrible team chemistry but have a really deep bench and alot of people that can score. Last year, we were desperate for more point guards. This year, we have too many.

I either blame it on Adelman or Alexander.

    Justify yourself, bud!

I bet you 9 out of 10 points you made are short-sighted and can be traced back to bad management decisions over the last decade.

Give it a try. Let me hear why you don't blame it on bad management.

I will point out at least 15-20 bad contracts, trades and draft picks that Les has made over the last decade in response.

    Go for it, tsunami!
