    Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!Wrong!

This is Les Alexander's fault going back 10 years.

He is a win-now owner lacking the aptitude to run an NBA franchise over the long haul.

In a league that has a salary cap that allows for competitive equity, it is up to management to make good decisions to build good teams. You can't always get it right but Les usually gets it wrong.

He manufactured a couple of good teams but he doesn't have the ability to build a quality organization.

Force Les to sell this team if you want change!

Tmac is just imposing his will on the game. Unfortunately for the Rockets, his will is to practice jumpers.

Tracy is too comfortable in his role, Adelman wil not make him pay for shooting bad shots 3 seconds into the shot clock, his postgame comments disgusted me. Heslobbed Dallas' knob and mad ea bunch of excuses which basicly to me sounded like he was running down his teammates when what player wants to play hard with a guy who doesn't play hard himslef.

In your own words Tracy, "It's on you"

    It's on you

It's not like he's gonna say anything different.

This it was he would say:

I like our effort...you know we've had a tough schedule and we just need to continue to work. It still early....thank you....suckers!!

I hope Yao is giving them a proper dressing-down and slapping the cr*ap out of them..

I'd usually feel bitter after a loss like this, but now i'm just sad... very sad..

Yao lead team in points, rebounds, ASSISTS, and block. Wait ASSISTS??? That says a lot about our PG.

If Yao got more than 20 rebounds, Rox would have won the game. I wish someday Yao can beat the opponent by rebounding. For Yao, offensive rebounds means easy money.

No amount of posts can get you anywhere, but if you post good posts, there's a thread on the BBS feedback where other members can recommend rookies to be upgraded to members, so just post good posts. Or you can wait for a mass upgrading like Clutch did last playoff when we won our first playoff game vs Jazz, which is not recommended as we may miss the playoffs.

Trade TMac for a decent PF and PG. This is the only answer for this team.

    Few people understand the problem.

Les Alexander is an owner that lacks an understanding of basketball.

McGrady was actually very on point in his post-game interview. This is not McGrady's fault.

This is not Yao's fault. This is not Adelman's fault.

This is Alexander's fault dating back to the last decade.

He formed a couple of win-now championship teams but he doesn't know how to build a franchise over the long haul.

There were so many bad draft picks and trades made over the last 10 years and you can't escape those decisions, only cover them up.

You can track many of the team's current problems back to decisions made before even JVG got here.

Les is the problem. I guarantee it.

Dwight got 31 points and 20 rebounds yet the Magic lost the game against Memphis.
