Actually, based on what I see, the Rockets are *not* better than 12-12. We were lucky in Detroit, lucky against the Lakers, lucky against the Bobcats. We should be 9-15. But don't worry, we're still learning the new offense and it is still well before the All Star Break.

Maybe he'd learn how to dribble a basketball for once in his life.

kind of oddball night. using Hayes at high post as passer and distributor. That wont work. Hayes just hold the ball and not comfortable to pass.

The play for T-Mac to run off screen for catch n' shoot (Peja play) which is very successful vs Pistons is not seen tonite. strange. maybe because of no rafer.

The guys who really competes are Yao, Bonzi, Chuck, Battier. Lius and Alston. T-Mac is hot and cold. Head has no clue. Brooks and Landry are rookies. The names that havent been mentioned should be traded for any helpful parts.

Tmac is always slowing down the pace after the rockets grab a defensive rebound. I don't get it. He'll just walk the ball up the court, look for Bonzi or Yao for a post up. If none has position, he'll just shoot a awkward jumper rather than taking it to the basket. I'm not only talking about this game, he's been doing that every other game since our 6-1 start.

What happened to Tmac's confidence? Last year, that miraculous doctor fixed his back and brought his confidence back, but who's going to do it this year? Cant he just do it by himself?

o well, I have to study for my Random Process final..and I'm already screwing up my communication system exam because a game before the day of the exam.

Why don't people believe it when so many here say TChuck shoots us out of games. It is just so obvious .... He may win a few games, but he costs us way more.

Clyde and Bill were pretty much on point after the game.

For whatever reason, the current team just doesn't fit Adelman's system. We just don't have the personnel.

ok maybe it really does have to do with alston being out cause the pg play just doesn't seem close to being the same without him....even though alston doesn't make enough of his jumpers

Tired of losing and biatching here. Offensively we dont have a clear game plan, defensively well ...

Adelman more and more looks like a phony too me.

I have honestly reached the point where I don't care about the losses.

We are an average team and best and I have accepted that reality.

It is time to start developing this team for next year. We need to let Adelman continue getting familiar with the players and determine who on this roster will be part of future plans.

The PG situation for this group is clear unless we can make a trade. Rafer is the starting PG and Brooks will have to start developing more quickly that originally desired as the backup PG.

Even if this team somehow makes the playoffs, they are not going anywhere.

"It's time!" for the coaches and management to plan for next year.

Um, some of the drafts were great but we traded them away. Jefferson, Gay. We just don't like athletes.

this is a team whose identity the past five seasons established on defense, half court offense, and grinding out games and Les doesn't like how the game is gonig and he gets RA here in trying to mold them into an offensive team really back fired on his ass

I agree, I noticed all the points you made.

I am a very loyal non-knee jerking fan, but I am starting to think that it is just not meant to be with Tmac and Yao.
You can ask for JVG all day long but he could not get it done in the playoffs and that he says will haunt his professional career for the rest of his life.
Where do we go from here........

It has always been the problem, except JVG knew how to hide it and where to take high percentage shots for those guys.
