Houston played with chemistry and intensity today. JVG did his homework. I think the red rowdies were great and loud for adding confidence. Yao is a monster this year..i think he's going to be an superstar this year!!

Dude next time we'll beat them by 30+ again. Since they beat us by an avg 12pts last season, together with a 40pts upset in2005 playoffs. Rox will get them back with a winning margin of 20+pts avg for 4 preseason games! F_CK Mavs!!! Stackhouse is OLD!

haha Novak tried the Yao move..one bounce and then turn around..but he gets called for the travelling.

I think it's a good thing when you're having trouble trying to get all your guys playing time..cuz they're all good..Spanoulis, Alston, Head
    Snyder, Wells
    Mutombo/Novak/Howard/Hayes

mutombo may not be able to catch those, but you can't expecth im to...you can expect him to block shots and provide a presence inside.

    crowd was great

We played with great amina this game. That one's for those who attended the game. I think we do better when Alston has a great game then when Tracy has a great game...

I was at the game tonight and that was so gratifying. Felt like a huge boulder had been removed from my shoulders. The atmosphere was great for a change the Rowdies add so much to the arena. Atmosphere is everything at an NBA game imo. I was sitting in the expensive seats and other than the typical loser couple behind me that wanted me to sit down and not cheer I had a blast. I ran them out of Toyota Center by the 4th quarter. I had to stand up after we took over that game.

Great game ... let's hope we see a lot more of that, and a lot less of what we saw the other night, and I think we will.

This is the real Year of the Yao

Defense? Fast start? Chemistry? Yao dominates? Yeah, ok, you could say this about any game really. But seeing is believing. I think Alston may have learned his lesson the first game getting schooled defensively and turning the ball like it was a hot potato. We fed the ball to Yao more, and the role players did their job. AGAINST THE WESTERN CONFERENCE CHAMPS W/OUT AN EFFECTIVE TMAC!

Just like everyone went nuts last game, don't get crazy this game. Technically, 50% of the season we suck, 50% of the time we kick arse. We've still got a lot to prove.

"Sorry, the board is unavailable at the moment while we are testing some functionality.

    We will be back soon..."

Maybe after the Utah game JVG told the guys in the locker room that if they lose like that again, he will smile and start laughing on the court.

God knows after witnessing that in the preseason.. that was one scary site. I would be playing my @ss off too if I were a Rocket after Jeff says that.
