When Yao is under the basket down low in the paint, no one can pass the bal to him. This is a big problem for Rox. I remember when Jeff is the coach, Yao can get such balls easilly, and generally it will be an easy layup or a foul from the opponent.
Microcosm of Aaron Brooks' low BB IQ- he has space to shoot a 3 pter while Dwight fronts Yao, taking himself out of rebounding position in the process- he doesn't shoot. When Dwight stops fronting Yao and gets back in rebounding position, Brooks bricks a 3 pointer.
AB's decision making and Artest's stupid shot selection. 3 offensive possesions wasted jut like that.
Decisions like that prove he is not a starting-caliber PG in this league.. the sooner Lowry and Brooks switch positions, the better.
Although we made some mental mistakes throughout the game (some subbing errors by Adelman too), we're doing pretty well against the 2nd seed in the East. It seems we always do well against teams like Orlando and Portland, while the Jazz and Lakers are always the anti-rockets.
the sky is falling! the sky is falling! scoreboard. bash them all you like, artest and brooks are playing for the winning team - the team not shooting 39% and not losing by 9 at the half.
Easy? Far from easy. If that were the case, Yao would average 40 and we'd win the championship. Didn't quite happen, did it?
ron and brooks are starting to piss me off, especially ron. and theyre both starting! i really question both their bball iq
