That's because McGrady was good when he began with us, than when he started sucking and making excuse people started to hate him. Martin hasn't gotten to a good start as a Rocket so far.
something to consider....when the team started playing at the TC, there were some "complaints" about the depth preception in the gym...some opponents as well talked about it...now it shouldnt be anything an NBa shooter cant overcome, but i cant imagine it's not affecting martin at all, especially if they have been shooting on the practice court for the most part, which doesnt have that issue...so because of that i'd say he'd normally take 2-3 games to get comfortable, but here it should take him an extra game or two.

Nobody hates him, and 3 games don't tell us anything, but of course it is frustating to see a new guy who is known as a good shooter miss shot after shot. However, I trust in his abilities. Maybe he just needs to adjust himself. I mean, he was traded the very first time, so I'll give him some time.
You people need to calm down. We have essentially just added 5 new players into the rotation. It takes time for the players to get acclimated into the new system. Its not a lack of effort, its lack of experience and chemistry...not to mention we are playing a really good team.
all jump shots for martin so far. u live by the jumpshots you die by it. he is bricking everything. pple say he gets to the line a lot. i thing he does it more on pump fake fouls than driving to the rim cuz he hasn't so far.
