We're horrible on the offensive end once teams figure out we can't shoot straight and stop letting Chuck get layups.

Shane is miserable inside the 3 pt line

Where was Steve again? On the inactive list for what? Couldn't have done worse than AB who looks scared to Death. AB, it's just basketball baby boy

Yao looked like he pulled a Maclady in the 2nd half and a Joe Barley Cares.

Might have missed it; but why was francis out of the game tonight? Could have used him for sure.

I think Aaron Brooks should play more..he had some open looks, but didn't make them, then again, the whole team couldn't make shots. I also think we should run more, we looked pretty good running the fast break.

In order to do that, unfortunately, he has to be allowed 15 fouls a game.

Forget the last play. It isn't important in the bigger picture.

I've watched the Magic all season, including their 1-5 slide before today. They are struggling mightily. They showed up tonight like corpses and were ready to lose yet again. When we were up 20-11, we should have been ahead 30-11. They were NOT into the game at all. The Magic team that showed up was a shadow of the team that roared to the 16-4 start. By the 2nd quarter, they figured out the Rockets weren't ready to win either. So they kicked it in gear (somewhat) and decided to try and win.

Go ahead and call me a gloom and doomer. The Rockets are cooked. I am so disgusted I can't think of words to express it. Hiring Adelman was a gigantic mistake. There is a HUGE communication barrier between him and the players.

12-13. Under .500. We may not taste .500 again for a very long time.

    Toronto L (embarassing)
Philadelphia L (hideous; Yao calls the team soft after this)
Detriot W (predicted L and we deserved an L)
Dallas L (predicted L; terrible loss at home)
Orlando L (predicted L; like Detroit game, FTs and layups were horrible)
    =================================
    Denver L
    Chicago W
    Detroit L
Memphis W (thinking of changing this to a L because Gay will own us)
    Toronto L
    Golden State L
    Boston L
    Orlando L

    (14-19)

 Where is Adelman's offense? Where is his defense?

 The Rockets even forget how to make the basket!

 If one or a few players have problem, that is their problem.

 If the whole team even forgets how to shoot the ball, It is a failure of the coach!

 Adelman said: we have two days very good practice. What a joke!

i think rox played better in the second half than the first one. The main reason i think is rox lost the big lead at the 2nd quarter, as well as the moumentum. Players started to rush the shots and hesitate at FT line.

Still holding out for that magic "we are better than this" run and winning 6 straight games.

Maybe we can only play well during practices. During games, we just suck. Period.

This game shows why every possession and every FT is so important. Instead of being down one at the end, we would probably be up 6 or 8 at the end. That's why it is horrible when TChuck Chucks. Of those ten possessions (he was 1 for 10), a 40% result would have given us the margin of victory we needed. Why doesn't TMac understand this? I can only conclude that he is a complete MORON.

I am too upset to look it up but I am sure that Rox have one of the lowest FG% in the league.

OTOH, we probably lead the league in blown layups and missed FTs.

At this point, I am not going to put the blame on Adelman. These are NBA players and they are supposed to shoot better than you and me.
