Agreed! I'm about ready to punt a puppy if Adelman doesn't send in some efficient, defensive players (most notably PatPat and T-will!)
Pat played Melo pretty well for two straight possessions, one of which ended with a Pat Block. Pat was obviously playing too well and was taken out. Pat can handle it. To think Anderson is good enough for Adelman to finally change his rotation is hilarious.
You could say this about many other guys too. Don't got many 2 way players on this team. Brooks, Martin, Scola, Budinger will score theirs but how many will they give up?
His confidence is shot, im just hoping its the ankle issue and not some other (Kyle starting/contract stuff).
I think the whole coaching staff knows Patrick is more consistent and frankly a better player than Jordan. Continuing to play Jordan while he struggles leads me to believe something else is going on.
Why is Scola the only PF/C in the league running around the court like a headless chicken chasing around the opposing guard? I ****ing hate him. Every ****ing time he comes out and the other guy just gets an easy layup or the guard just blows by Scola. I want both him and Brooks traded.
i think it may be everything. his ankle, coming off the bench, contract issues, ect. and most importantly the team is losing.
Oh and George Karl put Melo at the 4 spot and Adelman left the rotation as is.. Ryan Anderson is the one he changes the line up for!? Yep, still Hilarious.
I will say this, Anderson is an excellent outside shooter and would have pulled him away from the basket, limiting his effectiveness but still, your right. I would have liked to see him on Bass instead of just sitting on the bench.
You know, it's funny to me. Last year's team... you know, the team that had so much "heart" and was "fun to watch" because of it... lost to the Magic by 15 and 18. In the first game, the got down early, got it within 5 at half time, and ended up losing by 15. In this year's first game, they got down early, got it back within 5 at half time, and lost by 15. Last year, in the second game, they were down by 20 at half time and lost by 18. This year, in this game, they were down by 17 at half time. Sometimes you just can't overcome a horrible matchup... regardless of how much "heart" you have. That's what we're seeing right now.
