There will be a trouble when everyone believes Rocket will win the game.
    That is the life.

It's not the first time Gasol playing Yao, and last game's performance is more of the refs' fixing job than normal. Yao in current form can guard him without problems. It was the ticky-tack fouls that kept Yao hesitant in Game 2.
You obviously don't understand it or simply hate Yao. Go away.

This series has shown in 2 games the strengths and weaknesses of both teams...

Kobe has played great and he has been off
    Battier has been constant
Artest has played steady and in control
Brooks can't be stopped but has shown inexperience and inconsistency
Lowery is a force going to the rack
Gasol can front Yao and is a very hard cover for Yao
Odom can be neutralized by Artest
LA guards will get open 3 looks because of the front court size and Kobe
    Bynum is foul prone
LA has the defensive talent to disrupt the Rockets 1/2 court sets
Yao needs to move his feet alot more defensively
Houston depends on the bench to pick up the starters
    LA's bench is lackluster

This series will be won or lost by coaching moves.

Whichever coach makes adjustments to take advantage of the other team will win.

If Adelman can get the right mis matches on the floor and not leave Yao at a disadvantage for long periods we can win this in 6.

I see Yao stepping up for this one. I realy think his bruised knee affected him last game. Rox will adjust to what lakers are doing and the crowd will get the Rox pumped (not that they need it after what happened in game 2.)

I have to work tonight and will probably miss this game. :(

I hope to God we win by at least 10. Please, just kick the crap out of them.

It would be of great satisfaction for me to see Yao with a 25 and 15 game tonight.

thats fine as long as we get kobe into the stands doing his best imitation of ron artest in the stands...

I mean 800 for a years suspension (actually half a season since hes kobe bryant) is worth 800 bucks I think...and maybe a few bruises and cuts here and there...

I believe we should start Lowry today. We need to take advantage of the tight whistles from the very beginning. As we all know, Lowry is great at drawing the fouls. It would even be of a bigger bonus if he would concentrate on driving right at Gasol. Hell, all of the Rox players should drive right at Gasol. Make Gasol decide:

    1. Go defend and leave Yao for a dump off
    2. Leave Yao and defend possibly picking up fouls
    3. Do nothing and have an open lane to the basket

If the Rox can get Gasol in foul trouble then this game is for the taking. It'b been all along that making Gasol ineffective is the key to the series. Let Kobe get his (with his 30-40 shot attempts) and limit Gasol to under 15 pts.

People often forget that the Lakers pre-Gasol was a team struggling to even get into the playoffs....

Also want to add that when the Rox is in the bonus, Yao becomes a TOP 5 player in the league...

Kobe is a wuss. He wouldn't do a damn thing if you threw a beer at him, unless he saw you were a 10 year old girl.

When TM was playing together with Yao on the court, had Yao had any significant problem if people are fronting him. This fronting problem becomes a killer for Yao this year. AB is too short, he can not pass the ball to Yao effectively. When Yao is on the court with AB, AB becomes hesitating to shoot the ball because he is still trying hard to pass the ball to Yao. Many times, Yao's present only makes AB less productive. Yao and AB is not a good match if there is no TM on the court.
