    JVG continues to just be an incessant irritation on the matter of Kobe's elbow to Artest's neck.. considering it a "legit box out elbow"..

    so right now.. i couldn't be more pleased.. to've given him something to seriously give merit to his persistently ludicrous crying.. with that horrible technical call on Kobe...

    Haha. These guys are acting like thats the only bad call in the entire series. Where was this outcry when Ron was ejected from two games WITHOUT CAUSE.

    no he's not. this is just his frustration with all of these playoff techs/flagrants bubbling over and now he's just blowing up about it. considering how much he likes the rockets, he wouldn't try to say the refs are giving it to us.


    edit: van gundy is pretty much the last guy to suck up to stars so you know it wasn't just b/c it was kobe either.

    I think that was a poor move by the rockets... let Battier defend Kobe, he has been doing a stellar job on him so far

    You guys need to stop hatn'n on JVG. He gives the Rockets the benefit of the doubt many times but he can't be a total homer.

    That might be the most embarrassing 90 seconds of television broadcasting in sports history. So much b*tching by the announcers of a technical to the point of coming across as Lakers fans.

    Meanwhile, they don't even recognize the blown call on Chuck's so-called blocking call.

    The forged outrage is pathetic and I hope this isn't a precursor of some horsecrap for the second half.

    Anyone else and we would've heard like two or three sentences about it, if that.

    Ron is on Kobe because Battier has 2 fouls, and Adelman doesn't want him getting into foul trouble.

    Artest's individual defense Kobe Bryant has been pretty poor this series. Time and time again, he's allowing Kobe to just blow right by him. Kind of strange, because he did a pretty good job on Brandon Roy, but I guess that's just the difference in explosiveness between the two.

    I don't want Ron seeing time against Kobe Bryant, because it hurts us not only on the defensive end, but also on offense.

    Okay, I have a question. Obviously the technical called on Kobe was a bad call, but was that really a foul on Artest? They're saying Artest sold that, but I really don't see where he committed a foul. Jeff (who is the best announcer in the world) is saying the Rockets are getting free points... really in my eyes the Lakers got two undeserved free throws, and the Rockets got one.

    It was a headbutt on Ron Artest...did you see Artest show his tongue getting cut?? These commentators are r****ded...they don't see it.

    You just have to be proud of this team :eek:

    Hope Yao and Tmac will both be healthy next season so that we can win a Championship - although we might go very far this season :D
