I agree with what Mark Jackson said about the Lakers.

At best, they are the 3rd best team right now. Like, I said yesterday, if they can't handle weakened Rockets team or are struggling with physical play inside.

    They won't get past Denver.

Yao is a marquee offensive player. He's not irreplaceable on defense. The Lakers, in the 6 games they've faced the Rockets, have seemed almost immune to the Rockets defense.

After Game 1, the Lakers adjusted and held Yao to 15.5 points on 50.5% shooting on average in Games 2 and 3. Honestly, that's not a ton of points to make up...

Chuck Hayes is having an impact so far. If the Rockets defense starts to bother the Lakers for a change, they have a chance.

I don't understand why Battier doesn't look for his shot more when Yao is in the game as opposed to when he is.

Just came back and I see both our Cs on the bench in suits. Really sad. I see the team is playing with these emotions as inspiration.

That would probably be Kobe working the refs like usual and Ron listening in to let Kobe know he's onto it.

Did you people noticed that the Lakers didn't even move or bother following Brooks when he penetrated? They just stay around under the rim. Brooks basketball movements is so obvious to figure out unlike Lowry.
