Shaq can get away with so much in this league. If Yao is allowed to knock defenders down the way Shaq creamed Mo, he'd be scoring 40 points every night.

are the refs trying to get Lakers back into the game? How was that not an offensive foul on Shaq? and next time down the court, SF was call for an offensive foul for a mutual shoveling?

 

**** Shaq! Didja'll see that elbow to moT's face while Mo was just standing there?!? That would've broke my face! Instead of a charge, he gets a foul. Utter utter total total BS!!! These refs are doing a pretty horrible job. Couple charges called for Brian Cook should've been called blocking fouls cause he was in the semi-circle. Total garbage!!

Great jam. Always nice to see the little guy explode like that. Looked like his head level with the rim.

 

either Yao is setting the screens better or the team has studied how to use his screens lately.

 

At least Shaq plays defense clean. The 3rd and 4th tier centers all use little dirty tricks to go against Yao.

damn that was unlucky, yao's hand was just up in the air and the ball deflected off of them for the goaltending on a shot that had no chance.

edit: well now that that fisher 3 has sealed our fate, is minny our next opponent? i love 4 of our top 6 guys having 4 fouls and two having 5.

 

The only way Yao will leave Houston is on a stretcher.

 

Pike, MoT, and Francis jacking up contested 18 foot jumpers. What happened to the pick n' roll? What happened to going to your most reliable and consistent scorer all night?

 

I cannot believe it, why ignore Yao again when he was rolling? waht a waste of 10 points lead!

8-0 LA run, thanks to our fantastic decision making. The commentators (S. Elliot?) said it best, "The Rockets just don't know how to close a game. Poor decision making." Give it to Yao, he hasn't touched the ball in a few minutes!!!!!!!

 

Mo is a total waste. BLACK HOLE!

 

nevermind...steve is a brick fest.

 

They look lost now. Every shot is a tough perimeter bucket they're forced to take to avoid a 24 second violation. It'd suck to see such a solid performance from Yao, and a solid first half from Francis go to waste.

 

ummm...make that an 11-0 laker run. Why is that we always get discombobulated in crunch time?!?! I mean really, why deviate from the what works! Don't fix it if ain't broke! Now, the Rox have fixed themselves into broken mess. Falling apart! Need to get it together! NOW!!!!!!!

 

Ref blew that kick ball. If the Rox lose are they going to issue an apology for that **** too?
