    Tmac has no confidence. And it's not just that...it the DESIRE to want to have it...when you don't have that desire...your chance of making the basket is going to screwed up before the game even started. That is the problem with him. He can't afford the team to bail him out of his lack of desire every time.

    how many coaches had jordan PLUS pippin and Shaq plus Kobe? in addition I'm not sure how riding the bench as a player when the knicks won gives him credit as a coach?

    phil is awesome at riding coattails, adelman has done more with less. I'd say phil's main asset is being able to massage the egos of more talented men (which is a skill) but seeing as he was right in the middle of the Lakers implosion you cant really say that now either

    stop being delusional. I dont care if tmac played for 48 mins. Kobe has had played more seasons than him, has played more games than him and has logged more minutes than him and is still going strong. Tmac just doesnt have the fire.

    it tmac plays like this in the playoffs the rockets dont have a chance in hell to make it outve the first round.

    That's a weak excuse. I'm pretty sure that Kobe is tired to. So was Michael Jordan when he was in his 30s, and Charles Barkley and Hakeem Olajuwan. The great players find a way.
