    can't have a go to guy who has trouble getting the ball. it's not the post passer's fault either. how many different teammates have failed at this? it's yao's lack of mobility and athleticism that makes it hard for him to get the ball when defenders front, shade, double or trap.

    the rockets need a closer on the perimeter.

    exactly. that's why we need a sg that can take over and get his own shot any time he wants at the end of games.

    That's also because our defense isn't the best at preventing inside shots... especially when Yao has to pay attention to his man.

    The same game where LA allowed Yao to go 1 on 1 against Pau deep in the post in the first half and now are sending hard, fast double teams at him in the second half? Everytime he's gotten the ball in the 2nd half he hasn't even looked to shoot.

    He could easily have 20 shots and 35 points if he stoped passing out of single coverage and holding the ball for 5 seconds to allow the double team to strip the ball from him.
