    We just got to be more patient. I dont like Aaron's 3 he took their or the force feeding into Yao. Good ball movement will get the job done. Someone is open the way they are guarding Yao.

    Agreed, Make him play against Jordan Farmar not Derek Fisher. Fisher is interested in defense.

    Artest needs to be on Kobe. Kobe is simply ignoring Battier.

    Artest was hounding him much better in first half.

    I really hope these stretches where the entry pass to Yao is broken up 3-4 times in a row. Makes our offense look pathetic and predictable.

    Two things are at play: we have guys in who don't consistently feed the post well and Yao doesn't do the best job of anchoring his man. The latter might be due to his inability to move his feet as quickly as his defender. The former is just a lack of focus, IMO.

    ADELMAN needs to introduce DEKE to the Lakers.

    I dont care what clever B-Ball 'reasons' people give for it, it's inexcusable.

    Deke should be seeing some minutes.

    The reason Odom is so key to the Lakers success is he is a guy that is better when he can create. When he is playing with the bench he can create for players and be that 1st option. When Odom is out Kobe is the only guy that can create easy baskets for his teammates. Now their bench doesn't have a guy to open things up.

    I love how there are always like 5 posts when AB makes a turnover but nobody gave him any credit for the beautiful play he made to start the period.

    The entry pass into Yao is way too slow and too telegraphed. It's like they're telling the Lakers to get their defense ready.

    You can't expect to hold a 14 point lead this early against a team that has Kobe Bryant on it. This game has a lot of give and take in it yet.
