Could somebody please break down the last Laker possesion for me. I was at the game, I remember the players coming out with about 15 seconds left, I was wondering how we would address the Odom problem, I said "Far out, Tmac is on Odom", I remember the ball bouncing out of bounds. Game over. Raised my arms. What happend in the blank area?
Lakers attempted a 3 that nearly went in a caused me to have a heart attack. Shot misses, ball bounces around. For a split second I think that b*stard Luke Walton is gonna get control and tip it in. Ball gets knocked off a Laker out of bounds, clock runs out. I think that just about does it.
incredible game. I was quite suprised by how the Rox kept their composure and im glad Yao came through in the clutch. 27 assists 10 TO's. what a suprise eh? J
one correction..... if you watch the end of the highlights...it is pretty clear that Bowen was responsible for Walton not being able to snag the rebound. thankfully...we won..Wish they would have played better inthe 4th...but they at least showed the heart to gut it out and win.
How valuable is it to have a big man who can shoot free throws! Will somebody teach Yao to keep the ball high when he catches it and certainly not to have to put in on the floor in the paint. Those are high school fundamentals that he disregards way too often.
Thanks for the highlights R2K! Just watched the clips of the game for the first time, and to me it seemed like Yao's block on J. Jones was pretty clean towards the end of the game. I was listening to talk radio ( I live in SoCal ), and they were criticizing the refs on that no call, saying Yao totally hacked J. Jones. As I said, to me it looked pretty clean.
Just something you might consider FYI. You should seriously consider changing the location from an IP address to a domain name - even if it is just something goofy. ICANN, the group that regulates IP's and domain names has been fining hosting companies and individual users (up to $4,000 per violation) for using dedicated IP's without a valid reason and valid reasons only include use of an SSL secure server and a dedicated FTP. The reason is that they are running out of numbers and are asking people to just register domains and use a shared IP address with the server doing the mapping. If this makes no sense, just tell whoever is hosting it for you.
Yeah i was thinking the same thing. He has had more room to operate down low since padgett, barry, and wesley got into the rotation. As long as he can stay out of foul trouble he should be able to get around 20 a game. Also Wesley has been on fire recently. Nice to see him get his shot back.
C'mon all- we're all friends here (I think). Let's be happy that the Rockets won. Keep in mind they needed OT to put away the Pups on the road, I'd say the Rockets would have been a little tired as showed by their rebounding effort or lack of.
