    he got his arm smashed on the way up. he lost the ball while it was still chest high and it just floated up about a foot short of the rim. he didn't even have control of it he was fouled hard enough. it's not like someone just breathed on him too hard. he's not shaq where 3 guys can crush him and just still dunks it, a hard foul will separate him from the ball and it has to be called.


    and vspan dropping the ball on the easy layup is symbolic of this whole game. nothing can go right for us right now. and the lakers have made about 10 straight shots.
