Battier is 1/6 also. One of those guys have to step up in the second half.

Rockets being out hustled tonight.....Luke Walton is killing us.....

Some of those 3 balls better start falling or we are toast.

Somehow I feel Chuck is having a bad game tonight. He didn't do much to protect Yao?

Am I the only one who thinks our defense is terrible tonight?

Playing "uptempo" is going right into the Lakers hands... we need to UGLY this game up.

He was scoring just as much as kobe is in the last couple of weeks when he was getting he's groove back. anyhow, thats besides the point.

    what a pity!

If our outside shooters did a bit better, we would still have the lead.

They all suck, especially Rafer.

We gave up 54 points... I don't see us winning a shootout without T-mac.

    PUT ON THE CLAMPS!

We need a scorer to help yao out. comon, bonzi can probal fill that void?.. i hope juwan stays aggressive in the 2nd half. he looked superb when he was attacking the rim.

I disagree. The players we have out there need all the confidence they can get. They feel better about themsleves when they have the lead

We still have a chance considering they don't have Odom. If Odom was still in the game who knows what it'd look like at this point

chance is slim if our shooters keep throwing bricks.

    Yao can't do everything.

As usual. You can actually hear the Rowdy's chants, but you cant quite make out what they're saying

JVG, go ahead and start Rafer in the 2nd half. But if he doesn't raise his game up pull him out and give the time to Luther and V-Span (and maybe even JL3). We have a chance to win this game. Yao played 20 mins in the 1st half and will need a good rest bridging the 3rd and 4th quarters. Chuck looks very ineffective out there.

If Kobe goes off we are done, but that can be said at most Lakers games that are close at halftime. He is very good at finding open teammates and they are knocking down shots.

I will be very proud if we pull this game out but I don't like the way it's going. I smell another 2nd half offensive collapse coming and Kobe will smell blood. These Lakers aren't the most talented team but they DO have a killer instinct.

The bottom line: We MUST make wide-open outside shots in the 2nd half. Simple as that!
