Of course, since he is put on the pedestal. With high expectation comes big disappointments.

    1. Those currently defending Bev would call for Lin to be traded.
    2. Those currently trashing Bev would acknowledge that Lin was coming off an injury and consider it an off night.

People have difficulty seeing through their own biases and agendas.

I saw several times Lin was behind the 3pt line demanding the ball, but Harden didn't pass to him even he was open.

J Lin is still being under-used, and it's costing this team.

This is what a lot of us wanted. Harden as the primary ballhandler, Dwight post or PNR with Harden, and 3 guys standing behind the 3 point line. Some guy even posted a thread about how role-players (I guess that means everyone except for Harden and Howard) should not be practicing mid-range jumpers. Maybe the coaching staff wants this type of offense. Poor Bev will never develop his point guard skills.

It's one game in a long season, and we are a team still trying to figure out how we're going to play, what our identity is, who works best when and where in the rotation, how to close out games. No, I don't like losing to the Lakers in any way, shape , or form, but this ain't the end of the world, folks. If the team reacts to a loss the way the board does, we may as well hang up our sneakers and go home.

Now where did I put the single malt Scotch. :-(-

Mid range jumper is very important.

Without mid range game, the offense will be predictable.

Harden can't be our primary ball handler.

The Rockets should start Lin and let him make plays.

"Well, originally, I think Steve [Blake] was going to set a pick for me, but I noticed my guy wasn't going to leave me so I could set Steve up for an easy shot. I just tried to set a double screen, and use my man to set a double screen on his guy. ... I saw him come off [the screen] wide open, he got his feet set, and I was like, 'This has got a chance.'" One game? Pardon? We were behind against Utah, Clippers, Blazers and Lakers. 4 games.

Just happened that we won against Utah and Blazers but we did fall behind quickly.

I'm still curious wtf Parsons was thinking on that inbound pass to Howard. After D. Howard got hacked. His body language made it seem like it wasn't a big deal to him. Also when covering the inbounds guy on that last possession, he put absolutely 0 pressure on him so they are able to inbound the ball immediately. If Parsons gets closer up, just maybe Lin or Bev could get pass the screen. He looked useless just standing there.
