    Short pre-game interview with Daryl Morey. I caught the end of it. Morey was asked if he thought the Lakers were the best team in the league. Morey responded by saying (paraphrased), "Lakers are the best team in the West, but Celtics are the best in the league and it's not even close. They've been the best for the past three years; last year was derailed due to injuries. When everyone is healthy, the Celtics are difficult to beat."

    The host was surprised at how confident Morey sounded in his response. Of course Morey could be a little biased having worked for the Celtics, but I completely agree with him.

    I would definitely agree. Their D is stifling and their O is good too. They totally dismantled the 76ers last night which is a decent team. They'll be scary as long as they stay healthy.

    i expect ariza to have a good game, after practicing for so long with them he shouldn't have any hesitation to his game, no reason to be worried or even "afraid". He knows what he can or can't do against that first team...

    I think Battier will win this one for us, shootin the lights out from the 3pt line. Last year, he was mostly injured.

    I live in Los Angeles and this will be the first time I finally get a chance to watch the Rockets. I really hope they win.

    I dreaded these games when I was in high school, because I'd be far more emotionally invested in them. Everytime the Lakers would win I'd get a bunch of crap from Lakers fans that knew I was Rockets fan... but the Rockets would always tag 'em back at one point, and I'd get my revenge. :cool:
